Everything here begins with the geometric elegance of structure, the beauty beneath appearance.
Structure is not the enemy of beauty. It is where beauty comes from. Symmetry, ratio, curvature, the fall of light across a plane: these are not measurements laid over a subject after the fact. They are the grammar it was already written in.
The same reading holds everywhere. A face, a coastline, a repeating tile, the way light spreads across a sensor: each is a form, and each has a structure that can be read.
Meridian Form is a studio and a notebook, gathered under one idea: studies in form and light.
The work runs across four domains. Portraits, the geometry of the face. Places, the world kept by where and when. Patterns, the mathematics made visible. And Studies, writing on the physics of sensors, optics, and light.
Some entries are rigorous. Others are simply a place I stood, kept for its own sake. Mathematics is the spine here, not a cage.

The way of seeing here comes from engineering, and from a long pull toward mathematics, physics, and the structure of language, which are really one subject. Mathematics sits beneath physics, beneath the light in a photograph, beneath the logic of a program. Photography is where it meets the world. What fills this notebook is part rigorous study, part wherever curiosity led.
